Refund & Cancellation Policy:

• Changes made within 0-24 hours of check-in will result in a 100% charge of the booking amount.
• Cancellation made within 48-hours of check-in will incur a penalty of up to 50% of the booking amount.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and must be confirmed with the front office staff.
• Early check-out incurs a penalty of one night’s stay.
• A levy applies for early check-in from 0700 to 1400 hours and late check-out from 1200 to 1800 hours.
• Rooms not occupied by 2200 hours will be considered a no-show unless prior arrangements are made.
• Online modifications or cancellations are permitted up to 48 hours before the arrival date without any cancellation fees.
• Advance full payment can be arranged by contacting Central Reservation.
• A valid credit card number and expiry date are required to guarantee the reservation.
• Reservation confirmation is contingent upon a valid credit card.

• Additionally, early check-out incurs a charge equivalent to one night’s retention for the released night(s).
• The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards before arrival.
• In case of a full refund upon cancellation, a 5% deduction will be applied to cover online payment processing charges.
